NTSC - Game 3, Difficulty B (Biggest Blowout)

Rules	This is for the biggest blowout, aka highest margin of victory, against the computer. Game 3 = One-Player vs Computer; high-speed action. Track uses the special blowout rules. Final score is calculated by how many points the player has won a match by. For example, if the player beats the computer 21-3, the final blowout score will be 18. Difficulty switch must be set to B position. On this setting, players are not handicapped.
