Time entered is that displayed at the completion of the track. Any shortcuts are permissible within the game confines. As all vehicles skins do not change the mechanics of the game, player may choose an alternative skin where they have the facility. NB: the manufacturers designed one game and released two. TrackMania United Forever is the full commercial game with all tracks available. TrackMania Nations Forever is the free release which caters for only the Nations area of the United version. For TrackMania Nations Forever submissions, you are playing in the Nations area only.

YES!!!!! That has to rank as my best performance on any of the Trackmania tracks so far. I got a really good shortcut that set me up perfectly for a quick run to the end. If you look carefully at the end of the video I look thru the best 'Official' times set and this was the fastest in the UK (shame I didn't do it in official mode then). As an added bonus for those of you with the game I have attached a zip file containing a replay of my run and of Techno's (that is the world record I'm following), so if you have the game and don't know how to view the replay just unzip the attached file and move the file to Tracks, then Replays and finally downloaded, then when you start the game just press esc and click on slect opponents and there will be the replay you wanted. Sorry went on a bit there. Run starts around 4'57 mark
