Please put your original INP into a ZIP archive, and post it in this thread, so that it may be analysed, in the usual way.

Bumping. This is 6 months old and no response from the OP so should be rejected to clear the queue

Voting 'no', when the submission has not been proven unacceptable, is not a smart thing to do. This submission may have received 'yes' votes, which could outweigh any ill considered 'no' votes. Respectfully disagree.
This submission cannot be adjudicate in the normal manner as timestamps will not be available.
Unwritten rule that inp's must be attached in a zip format for correct analysis.
Hence my "no" vote.
If others have voted "yes" to accept based on the limited proof provided that is their prerogative as it is mine to vote "no"

1. Although it is preferable that submitters archive their own INPs, analysts have done the archiving, on occasion. The analyses provided don't cover the temporal aspect of the INPs, but are still acceptable.
2. Whether this INP is archived by the submitter or by an analyst is up to the submitter and any prospective analysts; it is not up to voters.
3. No MAME submissions have been rejected, on the sole basis that no INP analysis has been provided. Some have been accepted, without any analysis.

A 'no' vote is premature, at this time.

I have now concluded my advice on this matter.

The inp is attached is it not? Has anyone watched it?

Rejecting something because the inp was not zipped? Really? IS there something wrong with the inp?

I think a video showing the settings should be enough here inps are just something else above and beyond. (Yeah i said it I think we should accept mame with just a video as long as they show the dip settings clearly. We do it for EVERY OTHER SYSTEM HERE)
