TG Tournaments Proposals, Planning, Inception and Execution thereof ?

How does it work if community members want to propose new TG tournaments in the future?
What are the process that need to :

a) Submit TG Tournaments Proposals - By whom allowed to submit, to whom it have to be addressed to, any format layout, spesific information that have to be specified

b) Acceptance of TG Tournament Proposals - Who will determine when TG Tournament proposals are accepted to be hosted by TG as proposed by the TG community

c) Planning of TG Tournaments - Who will steer and plan a TG tournament?

d) Inception - The process to kick start it?

e) Execution thereof - Who will govern the TG Tournament?

This is a late response, but there will eventually be a process to go into the site and create your own tournament using a wizard-like editor.

There will be two types of tournaments: premier and non-premier. Premier are those big events like IGBY, Yolympics, etc., and there will be incentives for playing in these. Non-premier will be the smaller events.
