Thanks! I noticed the bonus at the end of the round is bigger if you get at least 80% accuracy. You will skip Sergeant and go straight to LT, other than that you need to memorize the enemies that have short shot timers, there is a slight randomness to how they appear but haven't figured out how a "tract" is chosen
