I'm getting a video error on both videos and they won't play. Is this an admin issue or a submitter reupload issue? Time will tell.
I think the original video didn't process properly as it had a frame rate of 60.1fps.
I have reconverted the video and tried to add it but it fails to upload. I have tried with multiple different browsers.

Just reading some other posts it sounds like there is a back end issue relating to video uploads currently being worked on. I will try to add it again later.
