So I remember there was a pretty good discussion in your identical submission for this track. I'm getting your start time at :20 when the Pac-Man sound first starts and the end time at 35:03. The screen capture of the 35:03 has the very, very last bit of the boss entering the pool.

Yep, that matches the time I identified from the video.

I also got 34:42.

Not sure why, but now I get 34:42. My end time is always the same but my start time is 21s one time and then 20s the next time I watch the video. Not even going to try and figure out why. I'm accepting.
