This is submitted under the tournament track and is a 1 life variation. There don't appear to be any other variations for this game, which strikes me as strange, By the letter of the track it's a reject, but are there normal scores mixed in here?

It is very possible that all scores were done while following the 1-life rule, but hard to say for sure without any evidence.
I know the second place player (Brian Johnstone) can marathon this game fairly easily.
In any case, this score should be rejected.
