The options screen was not shown, and I see you started with 5 lives, not 3 (even though only one life was lost). If that setting was changed, members might not trust if other settings, such as difficulty, were changed as well. Is there a way to confirm difficulty through watching the gameplay?
Three months without response by the user about the concern. Think it's time to vote to reject this one.

You need to re-run it correctly and resubmit.
Welcome Trent Severence to Twin Galaxy a Wr
As Twin Galaxy members have said in previous reply's
Thing that TG members like to see on a video game submission
1. Always do a Boot up
2. Show your console system & game dics/cartridge
3. Important to show Game setting like Difficulty-: Twin Galaxy Rules1-Player only.
Options:
- Difficulty = Normal
- Life = 3
- Continue = 5
,Levels, courses, tracks, cheat menu not being used etcc.
4. Clearly showing your game play & final stats, score/time,%,distance,take downs, etc. if it is not visible then take the recording device and get a closer shot of the final results, so TG members can see it clearly.
5. Tell TG members the time stamp were you start your record attempt
