Easy accept for me. The player obtained the time within the time allowed in the game settings.
The rules were created back when we didn't have the resources and knowledge to make these discussions unnecessary. Today we have technology that allows us to present and review evidence that can show us that some settings can be observed and enforced without actually having that setting being correct. We can see with our own eyes and use logic and common sense that although the setting was different the submission never exceeded the parameter in question. In this submission the player could have used 90 seconds and still would have remained inside the parameters of the time.
