Do I vote on this? I mean, last time I voted on a video that was added later I fucking lost CR because it was ultimately down voted. Still haven't heard back on that one.
Personally, I do not understand why any adjudicators would vote no due to a missing video, that was at least ATTEMPTED to be uploaded, but failed initially. I would usually abstain, til its permanately visible, Then vote afterwards.Quote:

Yep, typically make a comment if a video is missing and ask the submitter to post about an uploaded video. Then I vote no.Quote:
