I have tried an analysis, but unfortunately the uploaded INP file seems not the right one, or additional info are needed.

I tried this INP on newer versions of MAME and doesn't works well, but in MAME 165 works ok. In fact, the video file comes from the INP file. Could be MAME version the problem?

I obviously tested it using WolfMAME 0.165, BUT there was an error I didn't notice. The .inp file was in the right directory ("inp", as usual), but for some reason WolfMAME couldn't recognize it properly, maybe due to a different input_directory specified in mame.ini somewhere. Anyway, I fixed it somehow and you can see the proper INP analysis below. Sorry for the inconvenience. Note that this game has internal settings, therefore DIP switches are not shown in the screenshots.
