The most evil trees are the ones which fall only if you accelerate over them in reverse. Some of them are placed on steep hills, to prevent you from ploughing your way straight through. You have to do time consuming, and sometimes high risk, back & forth accelerations to clear a path, otherwise you'll never get over the hill.
Overall, this stage is the most cheesy death prone and luck dependent.
