I have set up a tribunal ban thread for MK Wizard here:

I think all you have to do is "Like" the post for it to count as a vote for him to be socially removed from the forum.

You're not fooling anyone with this baloney You've already changed your story too many times in this thread alone. You're lying to cover up other lies, it's ridiculous. If you had honestly and sincerely confessed and apologized, hat in hand, maybe everyone wouldn't be clamoring for a lifetime ban. As it stands, you've taken us on a roller coaster ride of excuses and lies, including that your account was hacked and that it was all a big joke. It's very clear that you have no personal integrity - you're wasting your breath.
I sincerely hope you take some time to reflect on your life and how you got to this point. It's very possible that you need professional assistance from a psychiatrist.
Mike, do you record with S-video? I don't have that line when I record my NES footage (AV with DVD recorder)
No, I just use the AV jacks on the side of my old toaster NES paired up with an older DVD recorder. My Famicom I had was a newer one called a Famicom AV. The newer top loading NES systems don't make the line on the outer left of the screen just like the newer Famicoms don't from what I understand. It might be from a video chip upgrade or from not having a lockout chip in the newer systems.
I use a toploader NES, so maybe that's it?
I saw give him negative 5000 submission points that he must earn back by correctly adjudicating scores to earn the privilege to submit again.
Make him work by adjudicating scores for TG and earn back his trust if he still wants to participate in the future.
The only reason why I say this is because I believe in second chances. Anyone can make a foolish mistake and so you sever your time and learn your lesson. If however you do it agian then I would vote for a total permaban.
So yeah, make him have to gain 5000 submission points or (6 months worth of adjudicating scores) an order to earn the ability to submit again.
I come back from a 3 day computer/gaming fast to find out that someone deliberately cheated and on a title that I just started learning and streaming no less. I was going to spend most of my evening learning speed run strats for the World Circuit but instead I felt compelled to read through this thread.
A few days ago I had inquired of a well-known MTPO player what they thought of Mike's score on Don 1. Perhaps his 11 seconds or so is possible but I wanted to know how since some have referred to 14.97 as the highest possible, which I have now achieved myself. I don't think that I need that question answered to be honest, but one thing that would be of great interest to me is for an expert to do a commentary upon the present TG WR's on this title. This would be interesting even though the scores will be removed.
I don't think there is anything that I can add here except to thank the experts on this game for adjudicating the score and informing us of the technical issues. Having experts on respective titles actively engaged in the adjudication process is one of the keys to TG's success, as well as a learning opportunities for the rest of us. This is a great case of how equipped the community is to handle score submissions and confirms the faith that I have in us to be able to identify cheating.
What a sad display! I have rejected, and hope for a lifetime ban! What a crazy thread to read!

He talks to himself on internet forums using multiple accounts. Very strange.
Why is this thread still happening is the better question...
25,265 views make this hands down the most viewed submission ever since the relaunch.Attachment 1632
Clearly everyone here has likely downvoted the run. It's time to lay the ban hammer down, archive this one to the reject pile and get back to it...
And as others have stated, there is no remorse for the cheating and nothing but insults coming from the person who cheated. There doesn't seem to be much ambiguity here...
Lifetime ban...
