The video creator does seem to base the narrative about Todd's early 'career' off of Roger's own word, which I think by now has been proven to be false much of the time, but nonetheless I thought it was a decent video that people here might like.

Stilphen's site ataricompendium has alot of atari stuff including scans of the old magazines mentioned in the video. http://www.ataricompendium.com/index1.html

as fun trivia for TwinGalaxies people I enjoyed seeing @GregDeg was in that same magazine -- no doubt with real scores -- though for different games.

Out of curiosity, is there any video of Todd completing a high score in any game?

to the best of my knowledge no public ones, but remember old tg kept performances private. There were certainly claims of video, claims of verificaiton and seeing the videos as well. Not all his scores were self entries.

Correct. Ron Corcoran, who has been shown to have lied about Todd's scores extensively, entered a ton of them. Many of the claims of the existence of Togers video taped scores come from statements by Ron Corcoran.
Twin Galaxies has been uploading tapes from the old archive and, so far, nothing from Togers.

yeah i also look forward to when the tapes are done being uploaded. It will be interesting to see if theres a pattern in what sort of scores go missing. As a warning, the excuse alreayd started that corcoran lost the tapes, or the police secret held onto some. certainly possible, things get lost, a valid defense for any one score. But if a pattern stats to develop of which scores lack video and which scores dont that'll be interesting.

i'll be very happy to donate my time to look through old uplodaded atari stuff and try to match what to what
