*** Notes from me***
I would like to add some notes as per my understanding as, while I didn't contribute points to this track, I am a "contributor" along with Jordan Dorrington, as the track is our initiative. Any version of Galaga that plays sufficiently similar to the Namco Rev B ROM is permissible. This excludes the NES version and emulated version, most other ports are OK. More restrictive life settings than those posted will be accepted. It goes without saying, but the "no fire" trick is disqualifying.

The rules do not specify if Fast Fire *is* allowed for the same reasons as Micro31: it will get you an OK score, but it will limit your ability to maximize your score. It is my interpretation that it *is* allowed and I would personally advocate for that, but I am unclear as to whether there's consensus between me, Jordan, and John, as it was a controversial decision.

I suggest assuming, for now, that this is a "Slow Fire" only track, but that that may change or that another track may be added.
