  1. Problem with my Sega Saturn

I just recently got a used Sega Saturn for free from my step brother. Originally when I put in a disc it did nothing. After a google search I discovered that the laser was not returning to the place it needed to be to initialize. So, the fix for that is to manually move the laser until it clicks into place. My question is, is there a fix for this issue, or am I stuck with it as is? If I am stuck, will my manual placement eventually wear the system out? Anyone have any experience with this?

Fortunately I've never had this happen, but even if it does wear your system down in the end at least you will have gotten use out of it until then. There are still quite a few Saturns out there, so obtaining a replacement will only be limited by how much you'd be willing to spend on that replacement.

I hope it doesn't wear out anytime soon... It scares me to think how much I'd be willing to pay to continue to be able to play MK3 Ultimate
