I have a world record to submit. Can I E-mail it to the referee?
    It is within 10MB.

What game/platform is it, because unless it's for MAME or something like the Atari 2600, 10MB seems kind of small for a digital submission.

For a GameCube submission, I'm curious as to the video quality if it's only 10MB. I checked some of my videos on my PC and the shortest in terms of time I could find was a four minute video for Sonic the Fighters from Sonic Gems Collection (GCN), and that was close to 26MB. Here's a link to a thread with the requirements for digital videos:

Something else to keep in mind is that even though there are two GameCube refs, I believe that Tim is no longer taking digital submissions via online file sharing sites (you can still put it onto a DVD and mail it in), and I'm not sure if Lance is accepting digital submissions. The 10MB limit is typically for MAME submissions, as the files for MAME are generally small.
