Some users are still reporting that they are having upload issues/problems. We are currently unable to replicate these reported problems so we can not fix them. From out vantage point, everything is working fine.

If you are still having a problem upload a score performance video into the TG submission system, please describe in this thread the EXACT problem/experience you are having so we can figure out the cause and fix it!

    Please include this information:

Computer type / OS / version
    Web browser type / version
    Type of file being uploaded
File size - both actual video length AND size on disk
    Video file type - Mp4, Mov,Wmv, etc.

Connection speed - (please go to www.speedtest.net and run a test to measure your connection speed if you don't know it.)

Please describe in the best detail you can, what exactly you witness during the entire upload process until failure.

Also please include any other information or observations that you think may be relevant.

We want to fix all / any issues with this as soon as possible - so any information or help you can provide to us would be greatly appreciated!

The upload appears to start. It never shows a % like in chrome but it gets to about 20% and stays there. I've left it there for over 24 hours one time just to see if it would resume.

When I used chrome version 40.0.2214.111 it stopped at 25%.

IE11 version 11.0.9600.17498 does nothing when I click submit.

    Your turn

When I upload a video, the percentage will get stuck at a certain percent and Every time I try to upload, it will get stuck at a different percentage than last time. And when I say stuck, I mean stuck over night.

there's your problem, U-verse 's 24 meg plan. you're only getting 15 (which is considered normal for that plane(aka BS) , and you don't have enough upload. I worked tech support for them, your upload should always been between .92 and 1.08 from the 12 meg through the 36 meg or your gonna have problems. ping needs to stay below 300, preferably below 125, ideally below 50.

Super vast majority of ATT problems are their modems are trash.
