Historical details- This is the Digital Eclipse version which was yanked from XBLA when they decided to release Midway Arcade Origins.
Although Digital Eclipse was the first to release the 1987 patched blue romset from Williams Electronics/Vid Kidz with a Windows 95 PC compilation, the emulation for Robo is about the worst out there and they never put any effort into correcting the emulation problems. Meaning, if you are new to Robotron, do not use this as a gauge of fun-factor for the game. There is nothing enjoyable about this version due to the poor emulation of enemy dynamics which makes the enemies way too difficult and the player's movement way too "skittish."
