I am submitting forthe TG group's adjudication, a new world record for the Atari 5200 port ofRobotron.

I was recording withmy cell phone and of course it decided to quit on me during the game of my lifeat 33 minutes into the game on wave 97 at 1.6 million points.

After yelling for mywife, she was eventually able to resume recording with another video recorderand began recording beginning at wave 105. Sorry for the gap.

    Accept.
How long is this list going to get, anyway?!?!
It amazes me how one of the worst ports of Robo, has one of the most active back and forths on TGIS currently.
All with hard to use analog joysticks.
    Robo-Rockers....

    Nice game David.
Too much footage missing for me to vote accept.
I believe in your score but the rules do not allow any pauses in recorded game play.

    Mike,
The submission rules don't even require video, simply do you believe there is enough evidence to accept.
He did not state he used pause in the game.

Here is an example from TGSAP, my video ended 10 mins before the game ended so I added a screenshot.

OK, but I'll point out that even the full first video which ends on wave 97 ends at 1.64M which surpasses your current top score.
The rest is just icing on the cake.

The 2nd part of the video is enough evidence for me to accept this submitted score. (instead of a 1,647,xxx)

Missing 10 or so waves in between, due to a video recording break-up is no major thing, as long as the game play was continuous, and there was no outright "rest period pause". (did not see any)

Well done! Keep taking this to the limits fellas...and may the battle continue!

Well hell, nothing like a little drama to spice things up around here, eh?

It's all good. I can only give everyone my word that no pauses were used during the course of this game. Believe me, I was pissed that my phone gave out. I didn't expect my game to last as long as it did.

Remember folks, let's keep it fun!

Abstaining. I would happily vote accept for the ~1.64m score.
