19Have to reject because of the use of turbo. If I'm wrong about the turbo thing, somebody please correct me, but it's my understanding that turbo is a huge no-no.

The Turbografx-16 has turbo in it, so, turbo is allowed.

19My bad on the turbo. Wasn't aware it was allowed due to it's a standard function on the controller.
