The problem is that in years to come the score/evidence from a submission could be challenged, but, the player isn't around to defend what to the adjudicating members/TG SEEMS like a "beyond the shadow of a doubt" argument from the challenger!

Someone will inevitably get scr*wed out of a valid score!
