    Rules
    Dip-Switch Bank 6J:
    1 = OFF
    2 = ON
    3-6 = OFF
    7 = OFF/UNUSED
    8 = OFF
    Dip-Switch Bank 6K:
    1-3 = OFF
    4-6 = ON
    7-8 = OFF
    Rapid Fire P.C. Board:
    Position B: Normal
    Note: The above Dip Switches are the correct Twin Galaxies Tournament Settings for this title and will provide the following settings;
    5 Lives
    Extra Ships: None
    Difficulty: Rank D
    Special Rules: Attempts for this variation may be done on Marathon Settings, but once you've lost your 4th Life, you may not allow your ship to be captured or your Tournament Score attempt ends immediately. Useage of the trick to cause enemies to stop firing is banned. It has been deemed permissible for a player to intentionally play on the player 2 side so as to allow the millions-digit to show up in the final score.
    Special Note: There are some Midway boardsets where Dip-Switch Bank 6J: has Dips 1 and 2 in Reverse to get Rank D and 5 Lives. Adjustments to these 2 Dips can be made accordingly to establish the settings correctly.

    The above video of the full run -

    The filming of the cab and board -

    This was all streamed live on Twitch from Saturday 24th to Sunday 25th. Approximately 8-10 hours per day was streamed here - https://www.twitch.tv/netherworldarcade/videos/all

    Unfortunately it has been split into multiple chunks but Netherworld have been kind enough to go through and name each video. There was continuous footage the whole weekend.

    I have provided the Youtube links as evidence as they are uploaded in 1080p & 60fps for easy viewing.

    It is with great privilege and pride that I make my first real arcade submission after being with the website a touch over 13 years. This has been a long time coming.

    Netherworld Arcade/Bar/Diner in Brisbane, Australia hosted an event over the weekend of the 24th-26th March 2016 where players could turn up and play and have their game recorded for TG submission, "Arcade Armageddon". This was hosted by Jimmy and Ben, owners of Netherworld.

    A number of people were there including some I had been friends with for years, but hadn't ever met in person. Personally speaking, this was the highlight of the event.
    Ill name a few of my great friends..... Johnny Bonde, Paul Hornitzky, Michael Kibbey, John McNeill, Shane Sawle, Allen Staal. I also met a ton of great people at the event.

    I achieved my score on the Sunday afternoon. I had not had a great weekend gaming wise (a little too much drinking, but thats a given). It was pretty much the first weekend I had played an actual arcade machine, so Saturday's scores were pretty rough (topped at 500k after 4-5 attempts). First credit Sunday I managed over 900k on my first man and a little over 1.2m at the end of the game. This is when I knew there was potential.

    After a feed,a beer and a few casual games of some other stuff, I told myself it was the last credit, the last chance I would have for a long time to have a shot at the arcade record here at Netherworld. This is what followed :)

    *Correction. The event was hosted this year, March 24th to 26th 2017. Not 2016 as I have stated above. Thanks!

    Hi, please ignore the "Not sure what this is..." picture. As you can see by the following picture, I researched it and found exactly why those Chinese characters showed up. It is the video signal converter board. http://www.toughdev.com/content/2016...verter-module/
