    I adjudicated again on Both Video Game Submission with Time Stamps & Captures also, Explain Candy Saga Boosters the Differences what Can Be Use and What is Not Allowed by Twin Galaxy Rules for This Game

    Booster in General will Never be Seen at the Start of a Level their always be a Movement of the Candy's.

    If you See a Booster at the Start of a Level then you Know for a Fact that the Rule has been Broken for using a Booster Period end of Factual Statement!

    either it has Been Selected Before the Start of the Game or During the Game or the Player Won a Contest whereupon he Gets to Have Boosters at the Start of Any Level their is a Timer on How long you can use them.

    This is correct. If a dispute is not accepted it remains open. This allows anyone in the future who doubts a score to see what has already been said and does not have to start from scratch. This will save members lots of time down the road.
