Some of those scores could be legit scores. If the integrity of the leader board is what you want, you must go about it by disputing all the scores and proving they aren't legit.

Said this a few times in the last hour, haha. Now if you can provide actual evidence of cheating going on, then I'm all for every score being removed.

RTM REPLY - while this might very well be true, I direct you to my own MARP 2nd place record on "Chiller" of 20M points.

The INP does not play back at all, yet I did this one live in my cabin in New Hampshire in front of both then-TG senior referee Kelly Flewin and well-known arcade/MAME expert Martin Bedard. Had it not been for their watching my performance it would have never been accepted by the MARP community.

I do not know the specifics behind Patrick's "Space Tactics" score, but it is possible that he did this live in front of a fellow TG referee. I'd explore that possibility before discounting it due to INP playback issues.

It sucks when the INP fails playback...some of you might remember that my 505K MAME "Up'n Down" (Sega 1983) world record refused to play back properly so the record could not have been accepted by TG or by MARP for that matter. It sucks, but these things happen.

If it was not an INP that was reviewed, then the method of verification should be changed to Referee.

Agree...if you look at my TG MAME 2nd place record (Clay apparently beat me in 2016, did not know that until now !!) it indicates "Referee" as the verification method.

This is an invalid dispute, both William McEvoy and William Rosa have a well known grudge against Patrick Scott Patterson, and are using this dispute as a means to defame him. Take a look at the Ryan Bland thread, or any thread involving my Internet pal Lonnie McDonald. Please remove it, my hero Scott doesn't deserve this kind of abuse. <3

Patterson is a proven gamer, he is VERY capable of achieving that score. It's your model that is wrong!

Don't hate the player, hate the game. In this case hate the falsified evidence. But hate the game too, because Space Tactics is terrible.
