I agree with this, only if it was intentionally pulled away by the submitter.
Then if this gamer has no backup to prove his video, then absolutely a valid dispute!

On my own end, there was a time in October and early November, where I had no choice but to use Youtube, as the TG system would not allow me to upload several of my (still pending YT videos) for a brief period of time. My account is in good standing and I would never delete them out of spite. If YT did that due to some copywrite reason, I can always provide backup however to prove my own case.

    EVERYONE SHOULD!!!

Perfect, I don't need to write a blog post about this.

Let's be clear here - the evidence disappeared before the submission was even accepted. I voted reject on this just last night. This morning, a notification of losing credibility. I'm not really all that concerned with the credibility (as I think the value should be completely hidden), but with what looks to me like a flaw in the adjudication process.

With a submission sitting there in the queue with no evidence, it's effectively a "trap" for some adjudicators. Nobody should be voting to accept a score without evidence. Not voting just leaves it in the queue. Voting reject is the only appropriate vote, and means at least one adjudicator is going to get dinged.

I'd suggest the adjudication system should add some tweaks for this - or revisit any that exist. It feels like the submission should have stuck around a while longer after my comment and the "reject" votes, so more eyes could be on it. Or maybe there should be another set of options for a "reject" vote that allow specifying an optional reject reason, and respond accordingly in some cases.

    Geez. That sucks...

I get it, which is why I will only vote on those selected gamers that I know and trust.
Yeah, I am familiar with the past tactics from that group, so yes, its valid to me too unless the video is retroactive.

Ye I must've been the last to reject 2 subs. A reject vote should cause the sub to stay open longer regardless of total votes

Rest assured. I'll get my CR back

Irrelevant. Despite several members' objections, Twin Galaxies has stated that records with disappearing evidence will be removed, regardless of the reason for the disappearance.

Providing evidence within a dispute is futile, as it does not fix the fact that the submission no longer contains its evidence.
