If admin said submissions with missing video would absolutely be removed.... Why does the normal dispute process have to be followed?

Either a video is there or a video is not there. There is no real need to vote or have any discussion around it.

We don't need to discuss if there was excessive leeching

We don't need to discuss if Walter was the owner at the time the score happened

We don't need to discuss if the track's rules were followed

We don't need to discuss if the score was verified by the player's roommate

We don't need to discuss if the game is capable of even registering this score

We don't need to discuss if continues or cheat codes were used
@Dave Hawksett if TG stated that scores with missing evidence would be removed no question, why is the process for those removals not handled with more efficiency and attention from admin, or even automatically removed?
