    Dispute Evidence / Rationale
The last digit of the score is a '9.' This could be very well a typo since the 9 key is close to the 0 key, but it could also mean that there were 9 continues used. Either way, I feel that this score is invalid.

Valid. Definitely has to be a typo.

It looks to me that Daniel (username Aieoiue) intervened personally to have this score removed by using the Score Submission process in 2016 - he flagged this score at a time before TG instituted a Dispute Review process. In the submission, he specifically cites "Dan Rodriguez - 1,069,809" for removal:

Due to some administrative oversight, it looks like Aieoiue had two different profiles - "Dan Rodriguez" and "Daniel Rodriguez"

To clarify my previous post, Dan/Daniel Rodriguez (Aieoiue) personally weighed in to have his own score removed since it was invalid.

I see that even back then people thought the rules for this track were a bit off.

This is what we came up with for the Japanese version of the game recently: https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/su...de/high-score/

So this is still going four months later? These should be pretty straight forward considering that many scores have already been removed for the exact same reason.

Sufficient votes have accrued here now. This dispute is accepted based on the dispute rationale and the score is being removed.

Dave. there are people off site that believe that the votes from the Twin Galaxies Community is what determines whether a score is removed or not. can you please clarify that the vote process is just a mechanism to bring to the commissioner attention to the issue. it is then up to the commissioner to review the evidence and make a decision. it is not the votes themselves that are the deciding factor. this is important because Twin Galaxies has been mocked repeatedly because of angry Young jealous gamers unable to beat scores simply open a dispute and vote to kick the scores of. which is of course a complete falsehood thank you
Please forward all complains to the corruption and collusion department

The uninformed will mock. Let them. For they have no interest in being informed. Their interest is the desire to be negative. Pay them no mind.
