We played this for MGL 41, although on "Easiest" difficulty - holy smoke, "Medium" difficulty is a huge step up in challenge...a bit excessive if you ask me, but hey, makes for quick games at least.

    Thanks for reviewing.

    TODO:

    - Wrong background colors in baluba, intermissions after round 13 (btanb or fixed at some point)

    NOTES:

    - Hardware: The board was obviously born to run Senjyo. Four scrolling layers, gradient background, sprite/background priorities, and even a small bitmap for the radar. Star Force uses only a small subset of the features.

    - Senjyo: The driver must avoid generating interrupts for the first few frames otherwise Senjyo locks up. There must be an interrupt enable port somewhere, or maybe interrupts are genenrated by the CTC. Maybe a write to port d002 clears the IRQ line, but I'm not sure.

    WIP:

    - 0.207: Removed VOLTAGE_REGULATOR, DAC and other MCFG macros [Osso].

    - 0.205: Removed SEGA_315_5015 MCFG macros [Ryan Holtz].

    - 0.202: Removed Z80CTC, Z80DAISY and Z80PIO MCFG macros [Osso].

    - 0.173: Changed machine\segacrpt.cpp/h to segacrpt_device.cpp/h. Sega encryption emulation (segacrpt) is now a device, kill off a whole bunch of duplicated decryption code across several drivers [David Haywood].

    - 0.165: Added support for the IIBBGGRR format, only apply intensity bit if there is a color defined (emu\emupal.c). Use standard palette ram (IIBBGGRR format) for Senjyo driver, seperate standard palette and radar palette [Dirk Best].

    - 0.158: Added irq ack mechanism in Senjyo HW and removed long standing hack from the driver [Angelo Salese]. Added member declaration to senjyo.h [Couriersud]. Added save state support. Removed unneeded include, member variables and suffixes [Osso].

    - 0.139u3: Atari Ace converted Senjyo driver to driver_data.

    - 0.131u1: Angelo Salese moved paletteram_IIBBGGRR_w() from Senjyo driver to emu\video\generic.c. Merged memory maps in Senjyo driver.

    - 0.128u3: Added includes\senjyo.h.

    - 0.93: Changed Custom sound to Samples.

    - 0.79: Changed palettesize to from 402 to 514 colors.

    - 0.53: Added machine\segacrpt.h.

    - 5th January 2000: Zsolt Vasvari added Baluba-louk no Densetsu to the Senjyo driver.

    - 15th April 1999: Nicola fixed Senjyo from crashing at exit.

    - 0.35b10: Changed starforc.c to senjyo.c driver.

    - 6th April 1999: Nicola Salmoria has sent in a Senjyo driver with correct scrolling, correct gradient background, priorities, radar display and sound.

    - 5th April 1999: Mirko Buffoni added the scrolling background to Senjyo.

    - 4th April 1999: Mirko Buffoni re-built the Senjyo driver over the latest beta. Nicola fixed sound of Senjyo and added the PROM to it.

    - 0.31: Removed machine\starforc.c.

    - 0.27: Added machine\starforc.c and sndhrdw\starforc.c.
