SNES Region Free modchip: Yes or No?

    If this is the opinion of a valued member like you, I take it as Gospel.

    I think the question is solved here: "SNES Region Free Modchip: Yes or No?"

    The final answer is a clear NO.

    I'll leave it here for future reference, and I guess my PAL console will be for PAL games only here.

    From that small bit of the intro showing, the PAL version ran slower than NTSC.
    I guess to prove the point @Barthax is making, you would have to record a video of the game on NTSC and PAL and compare the speeds, like a side by side comparison video.

    Sorry I got your hopes up. I had forgotten about the speed difference. Pete (barthax) never forgets anything..and he's a wealth of information ta-boot :) Thanks for taking the negative outcome like a champ. That doesn't always happen here.

    What happens if the games run at the same speed?



    I know I'm the last arrived, but again, I'm not trying to drag this, I just want to make sure we all base our decision on facts.
