PAL-50 hardware is very, VERY hard to come by in Brazil. They don't sell it there, and they get slammed with an extraordinarily high import tax if they try to buy it elsewhere.

Brazil uses the PAL-M standard, which runs at 60Hz, and is functionally identical to NTSC, and will not even work in Brazil unless the player has a power converter, PAL h/w, and PAL games. Although tgat has been known to occur by a former member, it is unlikely that this player has that kind of expensive setup.

Generally for console games, Id want to see region verification if a player in a PAL-50 country submit to an NTSC track, or a player in an NTSC country submit to a PAL track. Probably not the safest way to adjudicate, but that's how I do it anyway.
