    Dispute Evidence / Rationale
    Excessive leeching beyond the norm.
Typical game with no leeching is around 300-600 depending on the difficulty and the amount of times that you die. The game ramps up the enemies for each boss that you don't die and for each level of difficulty that you play on the game also increases the amount of enemies.
I would propose that this leader board be removed and replaced with a much better one that is based on time and not points. This game has no in game timer and can be leeched in multiple places.

In that case, what about Patrick Wheeler's score?

Is there an inp. for this performance? If there was excessive leeching beyond what the track rules allows then by all means it should be removed. As for your suggestion, absolutely not! I totally disagree! There is no reason for this track on the whole to be removed especially when there are clear rules to limit leeching. If you wanna make another track for this game that measures fastest completion then that's fine.

There is an INP but you'd need WolfMAME 106 and a compliant ROM set to check it.

There's a discussion of TMNT leeching here, Saulo (saulonpb) posts toward the end about his 1,311 score and the tactics he apparently used.

In the past, TG has conducted searches through the referee archives for INP files of contentious MAME submissions.

both the interview and eveners thread seem to indicate players didnt really like leeching being allowed despite twin galaxies allowing it. is the suggestion a rule was broken (leeching) and refs just missed that on multiple games? Or is the point that it used to be allowed but that should be changed with no grandfathering for old scores?
