Actually, I rounded it off to 29:15 so nobody won't get confused with the milliseconds.

As thegamer mentioned, rounding was the norm for quite a while because there wasn't reliable means of timing more than 1 second intervals (many speedruns were submitted using vhs tapes and refs had to hand-time).

A little more info though so there is not confusion: rounding is a little bit of an imperfect term as it could imply rounding up or down to the nearest second depending on where the tenths of a second are. More accurately, unless the rules state otherwise, milliseconds are dropped from the time and it is measured in whole seconds. For example 29.01 and 29.99 would both become 29 seconds in a sub like this.
