    Dispute Evidence / Rationale
The rules state that the player may select "any car". The player selects a motorcycle, not a car.

The rules state that the cabinet should have a "steering wheel, pedal, and gear stick". This cabinet does not have any of those components.

I'd take a better look at the 'rules'. As this game certainly does have the correct peripherals. This is a motorbike game, and the cabinet looks exactly like what is in the dave and busters I visited about a month ago.

Semantics aside, this seems like a very easy dispute to deny. Just like the rest of the disputes for this game that have cropped up.

Semantics can't be put aside though in this case. There is a very long and well documented history on this site of Juan stating that what he has written as rules he wants followed exactly as it is written with no room for interpretation. The rules call for peripherals that do not exist, so according to Juan's clearly stated intentions, this rule is literal and the run should not remain on the boards.

If he actually made a mistake in the rule creation as he now claims then he could have stopped his submissions and asked admin to adjust the rules before submitting (since the problem was pointed out earlier in the process). He chose not to do that. As a result this and all of his Super Bike runs should be removed. There is currently work being done to set the tracks up with proper rulesets and all of these subs could be submitted under those tracks without ambiguity.

the creator of this track, created a duplicate that fixes the semantics. It makes no sense to have 2 tracks which are identical except for those semantics. Once he created the new track and submitted scores to it as a replacement for this track, it makes the track itself disputable.

i would've prefered all these disputes be linked and handle it as disputing the track itself but sean prefers handle it this way, which is fine too
Lode Runner champ, also, Roy was right
