Kinda thought 11.19 might be the max, I've hit it back to back a few times now.
Seems odd, I think you need a little traction control for the actual start, which inevitebly slows you down for the run, but you make up the time, kinda like Barnstorming, the bird bobble, a little bit of "slow down to go fast".
Just killing time-my next "mission" challenge is about an hour long, I'm trying to get a block of time for it, might be a couple days.
Picked up The Crew last night-this PS4 thing might be a phase, but it's one I'm planning to explore...
