It is unfortunate this time only appears in the save option but the save option defaults to the time achieved (as can be confirmed in many many submissions here at TG).

Note: it often only does 2 decimals in this dialogue even if the achievement is three. On this particular set of tracks, every submitter will be forced to do the same so it will still be a level playing field.
