It would help a lot if could have shown the PCB, Dip switch in any, and game menu setting for Ms Pac-Man that would help Twin Galaxies members in the adjudicating and voting process.

The more evidence the better leave no doubt.

This looks like another one of those xxx-1 tracks where the rules were taken directly from the original arcade track instead of using the on-board settings on a 60-1. However, because it's xxx-1 and not specificly 60-1 we can assume the start lives of 3, extra life that happens at 10,000 points, and speed that pacamn moves is all correct for this 60-1 PCB which is easily identified by the title screen.

It would have been nice to see the settings in the settings menu by restarting the machine with the 4th dip on the PCB set to test mode.

But I really think the assumptions game be made on this one.

    Voting yes.

All these need updating with generic lives/difficulty/mode rules sets that would cover all the 60-1/Pandopra etc. multigame boards.

The track was created especially to cater for the more common many variations of multiple arcade 1 in "XX" type PCBs.

Intently the rule was written PCB not shown because quite often one cannot record the inside of cabinets situated
in shopping malls. Also because PCB used here is not original Arcade PCB from the 1980s the PCB model/make does
not matter due to many clones out there.

Click on the track rules will show the following:
"PCB need not be shown. Game settings as defined in the track description or rules must be able to be verified visually, either by info on the game play screen or by showing the game settings screen in system mode, setup mode, etc. If a game setting is not specified by the track description or rules, that setting is to be left at the factory/default game setting by using the system option on the multi PCB to restore factory/default game settings. If the multi PCB does not have a system option to restore factory/default game settings, the game setting(s) to be left at default should best reflect the factory/default game settings on the original dedicated arcade PCB whenever possible."

Attract screen do show name of the game afterwards, 3 + 1 default settings.

    Some tips:
Watching your game, one do get the impression you just run for it.
If you stand back and think about the game like IF playing a game
of chess you would first before just run off in a direction have a plan
    or a semi-plan or strategy.

Unfortunate 1st man death runs into the red Ghost coming from below.

Second death is a good example of just running to the corner with out
    take into consideration:
    - Speed
    - Distance
    - Timing

Now, for the aspect of "speed", you have to get the feel of the speed of each ghosts and the speed of Ms. Pac-Man relative to each ghost.

    Distance:
What relative distances are between Ms. Pac-Man, ghosts and pills to be eaten and what will a "SAFE" strategy be to eat those pills
without getting caught take into consideration "speed" and "timing"

    Timing:
Timing is the response/reaction/pro-active direction in a certain distance of the ghosts and Ms. Pac-Man will travel at the same time.
It is a continual comparison between the speed Ms. Pac-man can eat certain pills quickly without getting caught while the ghost protect a certain area of the board or when ghosts are just around the corner coming for Ms. Pac-Man, then how to "escape" when the last mentioned situation occur.

Yeah all of these should have *not have had the arcade PCB setting copied across* but instead had more generic wording. However, if there is a specific difficulty setting in the track it would be hard for most people to confirm it's correct without either intimate knowledge of the game or the submission to show dips or a UI screen with difficulty settings. In this case you can assume is on 'fast' due to the speed of pacman. Most other games will need difficulty settings shown in some form.
