Playing on harder difficult than rule set

So i recall there was a provision in arcade to play on harder settings unless it could be proven that gave some advantage. My question is for intellivision. Since intellivision many times the only difference between hard/easy is fast/slow. The only advantage to playing on hard and submititng to easy is boredom/endurance (would definitley be an advantage for marathon games).

Even more specifically it helps i'm asking about burger time. theres a track for hard and easy. i'm practicing on hard, havent bothered to film yet, but when i do if i get a good hard time i'd like to double submit if the global rules allow playing on harder setting in situations like this.

And I'll do it in my own time. Not when or if you think I should.

And just to clarify, what I actually said was:

"that is a screen with the title on it. But all three screens at the beginning of the game have the title on it..."

But hey John, keep quoting people improperly and then insulting them based on your improper quotes.

The context of what I quoted was correct. I asked, with snap shot if this was the title screen. And yes your reply was ...

"that is a screen with the title on it". The rest of what you said is irrelevant to what I asked. Because you tried to divert the facts.

You imply that any of the screens with the title on it could be a "title screen" but as it happened, just lucky that the players mentioned both started on the one that was right. Even though it wasn't right.

I'm once again calling BS. There's only one title screen. Neither Tom or Matt started their time from the "title screen"
