Phil Britt and the Paperboy Grand Slam score part 2

A couple of years ago @redelf opened a dispute on Phil Britts Paperboy Grand Slam score of 1,136,435 points.

A lot of good discussion in that dispute with great informatiom by @RTM and @Skater

I just spent some time reading through the dispute and it seems that everything boiled down to the score being impossible to achieve as "modern-era" players from both Twin Galaxies and MARP couldn't achieve a Grand Slam score in that range.

I just stumbled upon some Tool Assisted Runs (TAS) on YouTube and they do in fact show that a score of 1,3 million is possible!?

Easy St. - 223,340

Middle Rd. - 426,907

Hard Way - 681,616

Phil Britt claimed:
Easy St. = mid 150k range
Middle Rd. = 300k range
Hard Way = 600k range

Does this discovery warrant a second look?

This is a tough one for me. Its good to know the score is actually mathematically possible however I still have my doubts it is legitimate given the additional stipulation of achieving the scores on the same day.

In saying that, I don't think there was enough evidence for the dispute to be accepted at the time and it should be reinstated and reopened.

after billy mitchel's first "evidence" package and threat to sue @Jace Hall said anyone those steps were unncessary to reopen a dispute. Now would be a good time to clarify what steps are needed to reopen a dispute. I also see the dispute was accepted with no official ruling on way just as others have been closed with no ruling on why. It would be nice to have clarity on why TG makes its decision one way or the other.

Score has been reinstated and dispute has been reopened for further discussion and analysis based on questions raised by this additional objective technical evidence discovery
