Neo Geo MVS Windjammers doesn't have a time setting in the rules.
May I recommend the timing to be 99 seconds? It's what we use in the Flying Power League, and 30 seconds is way too short of a time to enjoy the game.
Who can I talk to, to delete a track?
I finally got my supergun 100% working.
However, it appears that I made the track wrong.

Is there a way to be able to hide the games you already voted on? It's quite annoying to go through 20-30 pages, to see if you can find one or two that crept up or got bumped up. If there's a way to hide the games you already voted for, it would make life a lot easier. :)
