Can't Load The Site On Google Chrome

Is anyone else facing this issue?

Whenever I try loading the TG website from Google Chrome,

I tried clearing the browser history, clearing the cache, and updating Chrome and I still get the blank page.

@admin staff

Update: Incognito browsing works, but not regular browsing.

Chrome loads for me even though I haven't cleared any cache for ages.

    Hey champs,

I can confirm this to be true. I disabled my Ublock Origin and that didn't do anything to repair a BLANK Submissions page.

Only thing that works, surprisingly, is signing into Chrome Incognito.

What's more, I am having to re-log into the site on a daily basis ever since about 2 weeks ago, which is when I started noticing this behavior.

Typical Chrome issue for any site which changes... Delete the Cookies for this web site (only) and it should reappear. :)

See the "Delete specific cookies" section of: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

Well @Barthax this time it appears to have worked! Frustrating all the more that it's inconsistent. I just wiped all my cookies last week to try to fix this issue. We'll see what happens.

Yeah, your Chrome Incognito example also gives it away as Incognito ignores all your existing cookies (otherwise you'd be traceable via the cookie history).

Glad it's sorted for you both - my day job comes in handy occasionally. ;)

Sounds like your IP address is changing daily. The site will only allow you to be remembered if you sign in from the same machine using the same external IP address. Checked ipchicken.com - make a note of the IP address & check back with ipchicken.com when you are "un-remembered". It'll probably be a different address.

ipchicken.com - good for a chuckle instead of the boring search of google for "my ip address". :P

That video should show you that there is no IP change.

This login expiration issue is most likely due to the cookie below.. Here's a capture from one of the cookies from my Chrome browser:

Expires = When the browsing session ends (when you close your browser)... This should be set out to a future date...

I'm guessing this is a new "Feature"? @admin staff @Dave Hawksett Can you re-configure this to expire a few days or weeks out (same as before the last update)? Over the last year or so I feel like I've only had to login once every few weeks, if that. Thanks.
