I should clarify that *Back In The Day* is when computers were painfully wimpy compared to today�s personal computers. You can�t from the INP alone. This is a shortcoming of INP based evidence. Back in the day frameskip was easier to peg bc the INP would desync often if there were frames skipped. You should know, as an 850+ MARP recordholder, that this is just playback settings, and there is no way to determine if frameskip was used from the INP alone.
