MAME ROMset renames UPDATE!!!

With a discussion/comments section now added to each track, I figured it the perfect place to add relevant ROMset rename information!

However, I'm only human, and there may still be omissions &/or errors, especially with the ease of track creation these days!
If you notice any, please let me (or someone more resilient if I decide to give this all away) know!
