TG updates

@Jace Hall , in your last SOTG's you mentioned that TG was needing to update their Rules and Policies section to match what is taking place at TG and in the TGSAP system. Any update on when that may be happening so we know what is/isn't allowed for submission and adjudication purposes?

    Just watched a few videos about it last night. Looks like some soldering is all that needs done. I didn't hear any one saying it added any lag or game play changes. I might need to look into that. I did find it kind of funny it's a mini HDMI. One guy used the mod and an M cable and it looked awesome. I more like the fact it makes the screens brighter. N64 has some very dark games that are almost to dark.
