    This is an interesting question.

For the last 5 years I worked as sound engineer/tour manager/stage manager/backliner/scapegoat for an Italian tribute rock band, and Wayne's World on SNES, at least the first stage, is exactly how a backstage looks like in real life: musical equipment, lighting trusses and bagpipes trying to kill you.

However, because the CURRENT SITUATION™ de facto killed the whole entertainment industry, I went back doing my "historical" job, electrician, but there isn't a specific game resembling my workplace, since it mainly consists of furniture stores.

Playing Trauma Center on NDS during night shift in home-health(I was very allowed, BTW)was pretty neat, tho that's a stretch.

    (I'm a nurse. Not a good one, but I'm a nurse.).

I work with the land book for my county in WV and I basically do nothing but read deeds and other conveyances and look to make sure everything is assessed properly.

Deja Vu on the NES is the closest thing. Painstaking attention to detail required.

I currently don't move from home to work or work to home... same screens constantly remind me of not gaming. Does that count?! :P

If not, I once played Hacker Evolution whose interface isn't a far cry from some of the things I have to get up to (no, I'm not a cracker).

    Great thread question!!

This one is easy... The original Donkey Kong Arcade classic.

Everyone is trying to move up the ladder and hammer those "barrels" on their way to the top...
