What is your funniest gaming moment in history?

I've already told this story, as an appropriate answer to another topic like this, but here we go.

Breath of Fire 3 on PS1.

I played that game for weeks and weeks, very much taking my time, like we used to do back in the day(haha).

Built up all my dudes and stuff, fished incessantly for weeks to obtain items, blah, blah, blah, I even put off beating the game to keep fishing, just for the heck of it(I think I was trying to catch a rare fish, like finding pink tails in Final Fantasy, "useless", but "pride" (Side note-way before my TG days-I actually quested for pink tails for about a month once, and only got like, 10 of the things...sheesh. Wasted time...).

Looked under every rock to find every key by myself(that's a metaphor)(I think), was pretty proud(this was pre-internet, as we know it now), and decided to beat the game.

Well, you go into the last area, and you are in a moderately small room, w/o a lot going on in it, actually "nothing" almost, no enemies, no doors, just "a room".

You are trapped there, too, you can't go back out, something about the save I think(been a long time ago...).

Was stuck in that room for about a week, pulling my hair out as to what to do, so I finally broke down, went two towns over and picked up a strategy guide.

You know what I had to do, to unlock the last room, to get to the last boss?

    Absolutely nothing.

Had to stand completely still, for a long time(I don't remember), and the door opens up.

    I was sooo...freaking...mad!!!

I put down prolly 20$ on a strategy guide, for one answer, and the answer was "do nothing".

Now, to be clear-it was NOT funny at the time.

I'm older now. Don't mind to laugh at myself for the dumb things I do(I get to laugh a lot).

So in hindsight, I find that one pretty amusing.

But I'm not sure that's exactly the answer you are looking for.

More along the lines of a proper answer-

In Ayrton Senna Super Monaco GP 2, in the Senna GP's, you can hit the flagman at the end of a race, and send him flying out into space.

    That's pretty funny.

Wouldn't be IRL, but in a game, it's funny.

Remembered another, more like the first one(funny to me).

Got my first 2600 as an Adult, mebbe 5 years ago, Yars was one of the games I got, Wife mentioned her Sister used to be really good at it.

I trapped her into playing it for me one day-she's not a "gamer", not really even remotely close.

After about a half hour of effortless play, she was tired of playing and just quit the game.

Hadn't touched it in decades, hasn't touched it since.

Man, I can't play that game for 10 minutes, still yet today.

Was humbling, but also I thought it was pretty "kick-ass" that she could do it, and the combined feelings just added up to "funny" to me, not disrespectful funny, like, awesome funny.

I was at Funspot in 2010 with my best friends, and we were practicing 1943.

I was shooting down plane after plane and my friend says "You know what the best part of this game is? Knowing the pilots all have families." Twisted, but it cracks me up to this day.
