TurboGrafx-16 and PC Engine Mini

Would I be able to use a PC Core Grafx mini for TurboGrafx-16 mini tracks, or would this require founding new tracks?

    The original consoles are separated, so I assume the mini should be as well. My understanding is that many of the Japanese releases have a different difficulty. @starsoldier1 might have more valuable input here.

    Actually I have both the PC Engine and Turbografx-16 Minis and both have 95 percent of the same games including North American and Japanese releases. The only difference is the TG-16 has Salamander while the PCE one has Far East of Eden 2 and a dating sim as exclusives.
