150 in 1 carts

I know this is beating a dead horse but i thought it was understood that 150 in 1 carts were not a safe bet. Change some wording to a set of rules

@admin staff A few of us created a track for the new TMNT : Shredders Revenge game and were unaware of how making sub tracks worked.
