@admin staff A few of us created a track for the new TMNT : Shredders Revenge game and were unaware of how making sub tracks worked. We were attempting to make tracks for each playable character but the original rules state :Michelangelo Run: Myself and @Squidkiller8781 would like the rules to state
If someone creates a track can a co-founder add sub tracks or is that just the founder who can add more at no cost?

So I picked up a new toy about a week ago. It was the super hd system 3 for the PCE/TG16. At its core it is a glorified everdrive but with a twist. It has a built in ODE Optical Drive Emulator and it allows for playing of super grafx games on the standard PCE. Being that the super grafx chips are emulated

I wanted to get some input on PC Engine subs. I have a PCE but upon testing it I need to recap it due to low/no sound and since it is attached to my super cd-rom2 i use that power supply and dont have the 9V one to run it solo.
